Dr. Michael D. Mark

DR. MICHAEL D. MARK knows the lives of athletes well, having represented players from the NBA, NHL and NFL even before he began pursuing a practice in Sports Psychology. Dr. Mark has since helped many professional athletes create personalized techniques for maintaining performance consistency and achieving success. After receiving a BA from UCLA in International Relations and a JD from Southwestern University, Dr. Mark did postgraduate work on the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Biofeedback and neurofeedback for Sports Performance Enhancement, Pain Management, and Stress Reduction. Dr. Mark is also experienced with Psychological and Neuropsychological Assessment, and is a member of the Association for the Advancement of Applied Sports Psychology (AAASP), the National Association of Cognitive Behavioral Therapists, the Association of Applied Psychotherapy and Biofeedback, and the California Bar Association.
